Mend Vauxhall Astra Van 2003 Lost Power

how can i fix my astra van, 2003, 2.0 cdti?

My astra van has lost about 80% power, rev counter drops to 0 and the radiator warning light comes on. It only does it after about 5 miles ov driving. Can u help?
