peugeot elyseo 125 problem with immobiliser light & no spark?

hi I have a Peugeot Elyseo 125 4stroke, there is no red immobiliser light coming on what's so ever, i've replaced the battery and spark plug as there is also no spark, I was wondering if you knew weather this could be a problem with the cdi, if anyone has any answer id be grateful thanks
