Mend Problem Forward Gear

what would be the problem be??

drove into carpark with dispatch van and when i went to leave it was stuck in forward gear. and now took off cover on stick and moving about but wont select any other gear any cables on such that could be broken?

I don`t know on these but if it has cables get someone to operate gears and have a look at the linkage at the g/box for the relevant movement on the selectors when operating each gear in turn,possible a cable is broken
