Mend Spear & Jackson SBC33N1 Engine Fuel Cutting

Spear and Jackson SBC33N1 trimmer cuts out?

The engine will eventually start but will idle for about 15 seconds before cutting out; if I try to rev' it it the engine immediately stops.
Clean fuel, air and fuel filters still do not make any difference.
