the arg in your question refers to Argos. They are the only people that can help you because they themselves have imported your model of machine direct from China for a cost to them of about ten quid then mugged you off with some stupid price of around 100 quid. The spear and jackson name plastered all over it has absolutely no affiliation to the company called spear and jackson, because by way of duping the unsuspecting Argos customer- the owners of Argos have agreed a licensing agreement, which means Argos can buy all sorts of rubbish and stick the Spear and Jackson name on it in return of a huge licensing fee to Spear and Jackson.No different to what they have recently done with the Qualcast name.
