How to replace a speed sensor on an Vfit treadmill?

Hi, I have an E1 error on my VFit treadmill, I have taken off the case and can see a flickering light when I start it up, but there isn't another flickering light when I manually move the belt, so how do I find the speed sensor and then replace it? Many thanks
