remove the filter bottom right behind plastic plinth.water will pour out.shine a torch in to the filter housing and see if the drain pump impeller rotates freely.if that looks ok and it is connected to a sink waste spigot make sure it isn't blocked stopping it from draining.once issue sorted hold start button for 5 sec to reset and then try another wash cycle
