Won't start. Red light comes on and condenser check light on?

Zanussi ZDC47100w condenser tumble dryer. Won't start. Red light comes on and condenser check light on. Have checked condenser which is clean and free of fluff. Have also emptied water reservoir. Re-tried but no change. Any ideas?
