Mend Vauxhall Corsa 1.3 CDTI Engine Light Comes Dash

engine electrics light comes on dash???

hi folks!!! got a 08 corsa 1.3 cdti a/c 34k on clock.last few months the engine electrics light (car with spanner) has been coming on wen driving at diff times?if i turn ignition off and on it goes off.i tried a code reader but it shows no faults?? any help on what cud be the cause wud be appreciated.also its not due for service yet so nowt to do with tht.

try cleaning/free off your egr valve, common fault on these and won`t cost anything
