Engine cut out coming up with stop light on dash?

Megane 2004, engine cutting out intermittently especially at roundabouts as you slow down without foot on accelarator. The stop light comes on and sometimes you can rev engine before it completly cuts out. I think it maybe the same problem as Pete Jameson however I don't know if the #19 fuse is in the engine compartment as I don't seem to see it in the fuse box in the glove compartment. Any help most appreciated.
