how can i fix my rover 216 coupe (1994)?

Hi Aidan, the only way to find out for certain is a diagnostic readout other wise you are going to be groping in the dark, but as it comes up after 10mins I would have a punt on it being the Lambda sensor as after 10mins the system would be going into closed loop operation and would be looking for the Lambda signal and if it was out of normal range it would put on the "check engine" light
