Mend Zanussi zwf1220w Washing Machine Water Filter Drum

Zanussi zwf1220w stops filling?

My zanussi zwf1220w starts to fill then stops. I've checked the water filter on the inlet piper and hat is clear. I can empty the machine and then try to restart it but again it fills to just above the bottom of the drum then stops
