What do i need to do ?????Tricity Bendix aw 1100 s?

My washing machine does all except fast spining it goes to start spin then stops and also sink water is going back into the drum. have cleaned out hoses and filter have tried with hose into a bucket still does the same thing is ther any way i can get into the ounp to see if that has a blockage
