the end piece spout (only) has 'dropped' out of the tap-it is a small 'plastic/chrome' thingy with holes where the water is ejected)it does'nt 'just' push back in although it looks like it should-do i need to use alot of force or is it broken when this happens -these taps are poor-it's the 2nd we/ve had in both kitchen and bathroom-thanks
