Window wont close with key fob?

Hi, we have recently had replaced the O/S/F window regulator with motor (6pin). This issue we are experiencing is if you get out of the car with the front windows open, lock the car with the key fob, the P/S window closes automatically but the drivers side doesn't. It will only close by using the switch inside the car. has anyone had this issue? we have trying the close 100% and pulse the switch in the closed position several times. Thanks in advance.
