Mend Renault Megane Locked

how can I get driver window to close on renault megane 07?

For the third time since July my driver window has locked when opened and I am unable to close it. The other 3 windows open/shut OK. Garage tell me that I have to pay £800 for a complete new unit.....

the garage is talking crap. a common fault with renaults are the windows not working. if you phone a renault garage, renault will pay 75% of the cost of fixing the windows. the total to fix one window is £66.00 plus vat.
