Mend Hotpoint FZA30 Freezer Door Frost

Freezer door doesn't shut. Hotpoint future frost free freezer FZA30?

The middle and top drawers push the front door open. They both hit the panel at the back when they are pushed in. To my knowledge no one has touched the back panel. I have bought 2 more genuine part drawers and they don't fit either. Puzzled!!!
