Mend Hotpoint Frost Free Future Model Freezer

Hotpoint Frost Free Future model?

The freezer section has a build up of ice below the bottom drawer which eventually leaks out below the door. The ice has to be removed every 3/4th day and it looks as if it is coming from the air circulation vent. Any suggestions as to cause and remedy.
