how can i fix my Electrolux premier eco frost free freezer?

Hello, i have had my electrolux premier eco frost free freezer about 5 years now and have noticed water a few times on my floor which seems to have come from the front bottom inside the freezer, this tends to ice at the bottom and has done for about 2 years now. One morning last week i found the door open on the freezer, it was caused by the panel at the back inside busting and coming away, which seemed to have pushed the bottom draw forward which opened the door.
Now i cannot put the shelf in and have ice beind panel and in bottom of freezer also small amount of water on floor now and again.
Can any one tell me before i get off to the shop for a new one, is there maybe something that needs replacing? apart from the freezer!!?? thank's Lorraine.

The drain at the back of your freezer (outside) has blocked, causing water to build up and freeze inside the freezer. Check the drain and allow the freezer to fully melt the ice inside (there will be a large build up behind the panel so it will take a long time). I've just found the same problem - trouble is, I think that it has burned my motor out!! Good luck.
