Amana Refrigerator/Freezer, Free-O-Frost, Model #TXI21A3W.
The door to the freezer was left partially open overnight last night and is now full of frost. What can I do to return it to it's normal state? Thanks
No choice turn it off and let it defrost naturally with doors open for at least 48 hrs pull it out and put some towels down you will get a pint or two of water from it at the back - don't be tempted to use hubbies paint stripper or your hair drier it will melt the plastic case unless your prepared to remove the back panel - not recommended less you know what your doing if you do don't get melt water near the hairdryer or you may get a nasty shock !

switch it off 24hrs and clean it out.now restart it
