Non drying dishwasher?!?

Most new Neff dishwashers have an "extra drying" facility. If you check your instruction book you can activate this by a process of pressing prog buttons in a set sequence. This will increase the drying ability. Also make sure you have rinse-aid in the machine, its primary purpose is to reduce the surface tension of the water so the water runs off in a sheen instead of remaining as rain drops, the residual heat of the dishes will dry this sheen, whereas it will not dry rain drops. Well what happens if you do unload it immediately?

The condensation you discover next day will be a result of the laws of Physics. You're asking quite a lot if you expect the manufacturer to tinker with natural laws.

Our Miele dishwasher sometimes suffers with this problem especially if we put it on a cool wash programme - have never seen it on the hotter washes.

You doth protest too much: methinks - but.....

There are other contributors here who may be more sympathetic to your situation - if so it would be good to see their opinion.

put it on a higher temp wash program.Use salt and rinse aid,not multi tabs
Plastics and melamine will not dry and make sure during a wash cycle the water does gets hot by opening the door mid cycle.Leaving pots stood can cause issues.Never use a domestic appliance whilst not their or whilst in bed as if it fails it destroys your house and as seen recently can set fire to things!.My personal view after 30yrs in the trade
