When tablet switched on screen android green logo in top left corner. Then screen blank apart for word android and flashing cursor . Have tried reboot by pressing power switch and volume but this only brings error msg no card inserted. Micro card with firmware update is in slot but not recognised. Tried to download firmware using usb to my laptop but
unable to add hardware. Shows on hardware list as mt device but no driver avl so cannot use. Any ideas?
