Mend JVC UX-A70MDR Disc Making Noise

How can I fix my JVC mini disc system UX-A70MDR?

This is a brilliant system but it has recently started making a clicking noise every time it tries to acces the MD drive and it will doesnt recognise the discs when they are put in. It says "TOC READING". Does anyone know what is wrong with it or how it can be fixed. Or can anyone tell me where to send it to be fixed...... PLEASE.
