how can i fix my JVC GR-DVX707ekvideo camera?

My camera as suddenly stopped working,, it will not start up even on mains power, when plugged in to the mains it will no work. i turn the power switch on, the red power light comes for a second then goes out, same thing happens when on battery, any body have any solutions
