Mend Zanussi DCE5655 Dishwasher Flashing Power

My Zanussi DCE5655 dishwasher does not start ?

All of the lights are flashing, have mains water to the tap,I turned off the power and re- tried it it seems to want to start but after a short time all of the lights start flashing again.
