Bosch classicxx tumble dryer red button type problem?

Excellent advice thus far from this site. I have replaced red button thermostat all hoovered an cleaned problem remains.
Any other advice or is it time to concede?
System begins ok gets warm stops after a minute or two and then has another little turn and stops the blasted red lights flashing like ninjas!

obviously the machine is overheating causing the stat to pop,when its drying it needs a good draught of air emitting, if it hasnt there is a blockage which will rise the temp,or it could be down to a fan slipping on the motor shaft, otherwise check the wall vent flaps are not stuck closed, give an update.
