Mend Leisure Range Cooker Electric Oven Temperature

I have a new leisure range cooker , the oven is electric with a fan. ?

I previously had a electric fan oven so I am used to the heat but with this one I burn everything . Today I only had it on 150 and still burnt sausages !! Any ideas please ?
