how can i fix loose safety key on reebok irun?

The safety key on my Reebok I-run treadmill keeps popping out. I am not sure what the problem might be. Please help.

Apparently this means that ur machine needs maintenance. google the same question and look at the solution on fixya.
Mine's doing the same but i have not done any maintenance yet, i just hold it in.
