Mend Reebok i-Run Stops Its Own

Why my reebok i-run stops when i step on, otherwise it runs fine of its own?

Reebok i-run. when i start this machine it run fine but as i step on it stops. I check the motor and the belt tension it seems to be fine then i lubricated the belt but no help can any body give any suggestion what to do.
