Mend Celsia 24LE Combi Boiler Temperature Heating

How to sort out hot water problem?

I have a Celsia 24LE combi boiler and the hot water is coming out lukewarm. I have adjusted the pressure from 0.8 to 1.5 but still getting the same temperature water. Can you let me know what else I can do please?

when you turn the hot tap on does the boiler flare up?.Does the flame stay high or does it keep switching on/off?.if it is going on/off then could be a faulty heat exchanger
