how to remove a panel in a dg door?

I have a double glazes back door with a solid panel in the bottom half I need to remove it as I wish to fit a cat flap into it.

on the edge of the internal beading fut a strong scraper between the edge line and push it in and priese the beading away from the edge. do it to all 4 beads and then just push out the panel. heres a link will help
