Burner and pilot light go out together?

Thanks William, but...
Thermocouple ; thermocouple re-router ; pilot burner ; and GAS VALVE all replaced within last 6 weeks. Boiler was working perfectly for 5-6 weeks, after gas valve replaced, and has been giving above problem for past 2 weeks!

Glow-worm Space-Saver 40B MK 11.

The pilot injector is new as stated above. I am in the process of flushing, and de-sludging the system, as the water is black.

I am now suspecting the thermostat, but I have run an electrical check on the system and it proves that all is well!

WHAT BOILER IS IT?, POSSIBLY PILOT INJECTOR BLOCKED OR BURNER LIFTING OFF DUE TO VITIATION.
