I have checked with Dimplex but they say the rotisserie motor is now larger than the original. So is it possible to repair the faulty motor and if so how do I get to it ?

when you say the flame effect doesn't come on do you mean it's not lighting up or that the flames are not dancing the first is obvious change the lamps, if the flame effect is not dancing it's the rotisserie motor that requires changing
