Bosch PSB 24 VE-2 Cordless Hammer Drill, help needed?

When charging the batteries on my Bosch PSB 24 VE-2 Cordless Hammer Drill. The light says charged after a few minutes on both batteries. But when drill used it moves very slowly. Is it the charger or the batteries faulty? Please help.

i had the same problem i thought it was the batteries but i used my friends charger and they worked fine. i purchased a ew charger of ebay worked fine after that. its very rare 2 batteries go faulty at one time
