Mend Bosch GBH 2-24 DSR Drill Tool Power

Bosch GBH 2-24 DSR 0611 228 742?

This electric drill has 2 faults, the drill bit will not stay in the tool holder & the clutch slips. Would I be able to carry out the repair myself & is it fairly easy to dismantle
