how to fix 24 v bosch battery?

Bin it! It costs £211 to buy new - £95 to have it refurbished - or Ready.... Ive found them as little as £50 readily available on Ebay Original and brand new. I would however be very careful when purchasing other peoples so called spare batteries (not been used in a while so cant guarantee it holds charge .... Blar Blar Blar.
