back right ring on electric siemens hob ET 745.. doesn't work?

can I fix it if so how and do I need to call out an engineer? All the other hobs work fine.

it can be fixed but you will need a meter to check the ring to see if it is open circuit(faulty), if so replace otherwise you probably have a faulty regulator
