I've been in this house from 2014september the house is about 10 11years old the alarm will not work I've put my number in my son as to the light keeps on flashing from the main box as well the one I put my number in my son had a go in fixing it he thought he done but it's not right all I want is some one to see to it

Apparently this chap was ex secom engineer,so I heard from my m8.He got sent down for dodgy gear,he lost his business home the lot and did a seven year stretch for fraud.
That's all I know about it .

Certainly acorn.
It has graphics screen printed on it from a long time liquidated co,and came to me from a friend years ago.
Me thought the guts would come in handy for repair/replacement sometime,but it never did.
Didn't mean the sounder was crap if that's what you thought :)

Nah not Secom, but easy to find on a Google , unless Secom took over the other lot too.
But the only wireless I can think of is Yale from the prices on the website.
They used Veritas and the XPC IIRC.

Redcot ceased trading in 2009.
Are you in the Liverpool or Northampton areas ?
A bit more information might assist. Like the exact panel name or numbers on the panel, we are engineers not mind readers.
