the cooling fan on my q720em(rs2) is not working?

the cooling fan on my stoves q720em(rs2) oven is not working.Have got power going into 11w 100r resistor but nothing seems to be coming out.does it seem feasible that it needs replacing.all else works ok and fan spins freely.
