Mend Delonghi Magnifica 4400 Leak Water Tank

How can I fix my Delonghi Magnifica 4400 Leak?

I have a Delonghi Magnifica 4400 and it has started to leak from the bottom. When I opened it up I saw that water goes from the tank to the flow meter but starts to leak from the flow meter. Not enough water is being drawn from the flow meter up to the other components. Any suggestions?
