brand new color cartridge but will mot print in color just black and white?

Hi Tina,
Sounds as though you have not got 'colour' selected on your printing options.
Go to 'Printers'on your start button, click on 'Adjust Print Options', then click on the 'advanced' tab. You should now have a choice of colour or greyscale (black & white). Click on 'colour' and see if that works.
