Mend Volkswagen Inca SDI Power Hills Van

04 sdi inca no power on hills?

hey have an 04 sdi inca that doesnt like hills!!! van starts drives ticks over perfect but no power what so ever to go up hills or overtake , replaced throttle sensor,all filters , had ecu checked used diesel treatment no joy,as i say van starts , drives everything 110% only 75k on it any ideas goin mental.cheers

thanks for the reply it is 1.9 sdi engine though thought they wer non turbo and checked air system all seems fine

Hi I am guessing that this is the V.W 1.9D engine in this and would have a look at your intercooler hoses/air intake system for leaks/splits etc and also the turbo for wear in the impeller/seized waste gate,good luck
