Omnicron 7000 keypad remains locked?

I replaced the battery but the keypad stays locked,it beeps once when i try my code but nothing else,i cannot set or test it.I have also tried my code and reset,does anyone know what else i need check.

There's no nvm on them,enter the user default code then press reset,But it's probably knackered if it didn't power up in full alarm.

Hope you had the power off before you went in to change battery?.
