remove the filter bottom right corner behind plastic plinth at bottom of machine.shine torch in to filter housing and check that there isn't anything jamming the drain pump impeller.Water will pour out filter when removed!!!!.when ready to test press and hold start button for 5 sec to reset machine then start a new program and test
