Mend Dyson CR01 Washing Machine Drain Faulty

CR01 not emptying?

My dyson CR01 washing machine will not pump out the water.
the coin trap is clear and I drained out the macinne by lyting down the drain hose ito a bowl and loads a water came out.
The pump sounds like it's trying to run you can hear the mains hum, but i suspect the pump is faulty?

How do i remove the front cover so i can get to the pump?

switch machine off at mains power.tip the machine back you will find the pump in side behind where your filter is , remove foreign object or if nothing is found replace drain pump.

Youd have more chance if you remove the rear cover.
