Mend Whirlpool awm323 If Motor Faulty

How to to check if motor and timer is faulty in washing machine?

my washing machine the drum will not turn ,reoplace the brushes. The water fill and drain ok but no motion from the motor .
This only have a timer that controle the motor.

The model whirlpool awm323.
Also where to get second hand spare for this machine.
