enigma OH46000 (600 ?) oven tempature cant adjust ?

The cooker is 4yrs old. ive had this only 3mths. ive taken out the burner and cleaned it, but its the same wether you have on 1 or 9. no control at all. i asume i need to replace the thermastat ?
