Mend Leisure Classic 55 Gas Oven

How can I fix Leisure Classic 55 Gas Oven?

Leisure Classic 55 - Oven ignites but remains on low flame. After approx 30 minutes flame increases and temperature of oven increases. Any suggestions?

I have exactly this problem with a Classic 55 cooker and have replaced the thermostat but with no change. Does anyone know what else it may be or how I can test if the thermostat I have had fitted is in fact functional please?
