puddle at the back of my condenser on my dryer HOTPOINT TCL770 AQUARIUS?

There is a puddle at the back of my condenser, i dont know if its ment to be there or not? as this is my first dryer, i have cleaned my condenser and felt right at the back of it and there was the puddle of water, i have emptied my water container at the top and its bone dry.
