it stopped halfway with f02 flashing .it doesn't spin and the drum has got jammed so you can't turn it with your hand either

Probably find thats the problem then, Drum should rotate freely, so something jamming it, check round inside, try and see between the drums, check in back, nothing jamming the belt, disconnect outlet from drum, see if anything stuck there, something some where
